Baby Massage and Baby Yoga starting in September ‘08

I am pleased to announce that we will are going to have 2 new classes starting at Pure Body Solutions.

The week beginning Monday 22nd September, on both Monday and Tuesday mornings at 10am, we will be able to offer our clients the opportunity to learn Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with their little darlings.

Finley has been doing both for quite a few weeks now and loves them both

These are excellent ways to bond with your child as well as helping your child with colic and digestive problems.  Massage and yoga also help with your child’s physical and cognitive development.

Our teacher, Helen from Holliboo has been trained by Touchlearn (www.touchlearn.co.uk).  Touchlearns qualifications are recognised by the Guild of Infant and Child Massage (GICM) and by the International Guild of Professional Practitioners (IGPP) and Independent Professional Therapists International (IPTI).

If you are interested or would like any more information please contact us for more details.

    • Hello Rebekah
Our classes are on a pre-book only basis and run on Monday’s 10-11am. We have offer Baby Massage and Baby Yoga on a regular basis. If we do not have a class when you would like it we can always give you our teacher’s number so you can check out when her classes are running.
It is better for your child to have completed a course in Baby Massage before continuing in Baby Yoga and then our Mummy and Baby Too Pilates class on Tuesday’s 12-1pm. All of these build on your child’s development stages from just a few weeks old up to around 8-10 months. The most demanding physically for yourself is the Mummy and Baby Too class but both Baby Massage and Baby Yoga are wonderfully gentle and enjoyable for both yourself and your child.
      Tanya
