We are pleased to announce that Sandie Keane MICHT, Pilates Teacher MBRCP / Dip. K.O.R.E. will be offering two very different workshops at our main Studio in Armitage Bridge on Saturday 26 June 2010.
Sandie has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has trained at the Original STOTT PILATES center in Toronto, USA. Since then she has become a senior tutor for Modern Pilates UK, is a well respected author (‘Pilates for Core Strength’ and ‘Pilates Incorporating Chi Principles’) and has been a driving force behind Seasonal Pilates. An Introduction to K.O.R.E. Therapy
